In April 2026, Brackmann Legacy recognized Management Master Class winners across five categories. We are proud to share that Margarita Kotivnenko, Financial Manager at Scanfil Pärnu, was awarded the Financial Management Masterclass title and recognized as CFO of the Year.
Margarita joined the Scanfil Pärnu team just over a year ago and has already made a strong impact. In a short time, she has introduced new tools and working methods within the finance team and strengthened collaboration and communication across organizations.

The Brackmann Legacy initiative, established by the Pärnu County Chamber of Enterprises, highlights responsible and forward‑looking leadership, development‑driven thinking and cooperation. The recognition is inspired by Oskar Alexander Brackmann, the long‑serving mayor of Pärnu during 1897-1915, whose vision and decisions played a key role in shaping the city’s sustainable development into well-known industrial town and seaside resort.
