This report&nbsp;showcases&nbsp;our ongoing progress and unwavering commitment across key areas, such as greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, increased use of renewable energy, improved occupational health and safety, and responsible supplier practices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s report marks a transition from defining baselines to focusing on greater data accuracy and improved governance&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;sustainability work. Notable initiatives include conducting climate scenario analyses, exceeding environmental&nbsp;targets, and refining&nbsp;data collection methods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material Topics Steering Sustainability&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scanfil\u2019s&nbsp;sustainability strategy is shaped by a double materiality assessment, which focuses on five core topics: Climate Change, Circular Economy, Own Workforce, Workers in the Value Chain, and Business Conduct. These areas encompass climate action, waste management, employee development, health and safety, gender equality, anti-corruption measures, cybersecurity, and supplier relations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scanfil\u2019s&nbsp;Key Sustainability Actions and Targets&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 report highlights several key actions and targets:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducing GHG emissions with short-term, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)\u00a0validated\u00a0goals\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expanding the use of renewable energy at our facilities, already reaching 60% coverage\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enhancing and tracking employee satisfaction, with special attention to working conditions and core values\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improving health and safety practices and lowering workplace accident rates\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implementing requirements for key and preferred suppliers and\u00a0monitoring\u00a0their performance via\u00a0EcoVadis\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boosting overall sustainability performance\u2014in 2025, Scanfil was awarded an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/recognition.ecovadis.com\/tU74kyjIW0-5i-4L2fl3_g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EcoVadis Gold medal<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Looking Ahead: 2026&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scanfil will re-validate its SBTi targets for 2030 to incorporate new acquisitions and set&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;goals for 2050.
